Cooking vs Germs
Cooking has gone electronic. By that, I mean that cookbooks are not being used as much. Instead, we use our phones in the kitchen to look up recipes.
Cooking while using your phone means transferring all types of bacteria from your phone to your food and vice versa. Here are some ways to keep those pesky germs at bay.
-Start with a clean kitchen. End with a clean kitchen. Cleaning WHILE you’re cooking will eliminate more germs and bacteria.
-Wash your hands in between handling food and using your phone. Don’t go send a text right after you crack an egg. Yuck.
-Don’t leave any food out. Bacteria grows at room temperature so make sure to seal your food and store it the refrigerator.
-Put your phone in your PhoneSoap unit before you start cooking and when you’re done. This will sanitize and kill 99.9% of all germs and bacteria.
Keep watching Chopped and creating new dishes! Keep using your phone to look up recipes! Just stay healthy and clean while doing it.
